If you are struggling to cope with bereavement, you will be more likely to experience a number of symptoms, including sleep disorder and stress. I offer information and support to help you cope through this difficult period of your life and to assure you that what you are going through is perfectly normal and can be helped.
Having worked in the bereavement field for about 15 years, and through my own personal experiences, I understand what it can feel like after someone close to you has died.
