Bereavement is a natural process that affects us on every level; emotional, spiritual and physical.

It is important to recognise that the recovery and healing process is unique to every individual.  With an empathetic approach, I will help you explore the loss and start adjusting to the now ever-changed future.

If you are struggling to cope with bereavement, you will be more likely to experience a number of symptoms, including sleep disorder and stress.  I offer information and support to to help you cope through this difficult period of your life and to assure you that what you are going through is perfectly normal and can be helped.

Having worked in the bereavement field for about 15 years, and through own personal experiences I understand what it can feel like after someone close to you has died.

The range of different emotions one can feel can be of shock, numbness, tearfulness, anger, pain, guilt and depression. You can go in and out of these emotions, and a general feeling of loss can be extremely overwhelming.
